CENTURY 21 Blue Marlin Pelican was founded by Jerry and Leslie Sullivan in 2009. In keeping with the same family-oriented tradition as the Peterson’s of AllPoints, Jerry’s daughter Presley is a valuable component in the day-to-day operations in support of the sales agents throughout the Panhandle of Florida. This partnership allows both companies to join forces and leverage each other’s strengths in order to provide their agent base and clients with the best tools and service and long-term value for their clients long the Emerald Coast and beyond.
